This movie is kind of boring, honestly. The premise is pretty tired: "hey, here's this supposedly haunted asylum, let's all go there because it works out so well when people do that in horror movies." It's kind of supposed to be a "found footage" type movie, but it's not really, just a regular movie with a free handheld jerky camera movies thrown in for good measure, and really the only scary parts are the plentiful jump scenes where it's quiet and some loud ass ghost comes along and makes noise so we jump. There's not much art in that when it's the only scary part of your movie, so I was disappointed with this one.
