I know i watched this movie before and i think i even reviewed it too, but all I really remember about it is the creepy killer clown. That's its main selling point, Art the killer clown who will be hauntingthenightmares of all those who are scared of clowns. Seriously, don'twatch this movie if you're afraid of clowns. That won't be good. Most of you know if you read this blog a lot that I am afraid of clowns too. When I was little, there was a serial killer named John Wayne Gacy in the news who dressed like a clown and killed a bunch of little boys. That'swhy I'm afraid of clowns, I'm sure, and this movie won't help, and im watching the sequel next which will make it even worse. Why do I do this to myself? It's all for you, dear readers.
Best friends Tara and Victoria are trying to have a fun night out for Halloween. They get very very drunk, and then they walk to a nearby diner and are stalked by a creepy guy who is dressed as a clown. Their night of fun soon turns into a night of terror as they find they can't escape Art the clown and his murderous ways. Will they be able to survivethe night, or will they be his next victims?
This movie kinda spoils itself by showing at the beginning what will happen at the end, but it'sstill a fun ride getting there. This movie is really gory, and I'm saying this as a fan of the Saw movies. It's fun watching people get dispatched in really bloody waya. That's most of what this movie has to offer since there's not much storyline to the plot, it's basically boy meets girl, but in this case the boy is a creepy, violent clown who stalks girl throughout the rest of the movie. She endures a lot, like Marilyn Chambers in "The Texas Chain Saw Massacre." She gets tortured and tormented and bloody and broken and bruised, but she still fights back. There's not much more i can say about this movie. It's gory and nasty and if you have a fear of clowns like i do, it's creepy enough to be worth a watch.
