Another film from the "let's release our movie under more than one title for no apparent reason" ub. And no offense, because this poster is awesome, but "The Windmill" is a better title for this movie. It gives less away. There's a reason the movie was called "Psycho" and not "Norman Bates is the Killer Who Dresses like His Dead Mother." But since the cat is out of the bag now, yes, this film does indeed include both a windmill and a massacre.
This movie is about a group of people on a tour bus in Holland who ate supposed to be getting a tour of the scenery, but end up getting something much more terrifying. As the body count rises, we discover that each of the passengers is hiding a secret, and they must figure out what is happening to them any how to stop it before time runs out.
I always wonder when I see a movie like this, that I've never heard of or seen advertised, who exactly decides what is worthy of getting promoted and what should be buried? This movie was amazing, much better than some big name movies I've seen, yet I heard nothing about it. It's got so many things I love: a great cast of little known actors, deep dark secrets that refuse to stay buried, a lot if well done gore, ties to origin stories and dark fairy tales. Seriously, it's great, and I'm not going to spoil it for you by revealing anything else, so just go out and see this as soon as possible!
