Halloween specials used to be one of my favorite parts of Halloween when I was a kid. "The Garfield Halloween Special" and "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" were my favorites. I'm happy to see kids cartoons these days are still releasing Halloween episodes so kids these days can get in on the fun.
Super Monsters is a newer cartoon on Netflix. It's about kids whose parents are classic monsters, but their kids are normal kids until nightfall, when they turn into monster kids (a lot of kids become monsters after dark). In this special, it's finally Halloween, the kids' favorite holiday, but the townspeople don't seem to be in the Halloween spirit, so the Super Mobsters have to use magic to help everyone get in the spirit of the holiday. It's a cute, fun special to get thr kiddos interested in Halloween.
