In this movie, we go back to the past and see Toulon back when he was being chased by the Nazis, who wanted his secret of bringing inanimate objects to life. They kill his wife and drive him into hiding, and it's fun getting to see a bunch of evil Nazis brought down by puppets. Toulon isn't a bad guy in this movie, the way he's portrayed in the second one. Here I was cheering on his revenge.
